By the end of the year, inventory had increased to 10,434 homes on the market (+8%), with a median home price of $288,900 (+3%) and an average price per square foot of $173 (+12%).

    At the start of 2023, the median days on market (DOM) was 70 days – by the end of the year, median DOM had decreased to 63 days.
