By the end of the year, inventory had decreased to 2,476 homes on the market (-8%), with a median home price of $229,900 (+4%) and an average price per square foot of $138 (+2%).

    At the start of 2023, the median days on market (DOM) was 84 days – by the end of the year, median DOM had decreased to 77 days.
