By the end of the year, inventory had increased to 7,951 homes on the market (+31%), with a median home price of $295,000 (+3%) and an average price per square foot of $173 (+4%).

At the start of 2023, the median days on market (DOM) was 70 days – by the end of the year, median DOM had increased to 77 days.
