Revive Real Estate, a company that provides home sellers with presale renovations, announced the debut of Revive Edge, a network that will provide top real estate agents with benefits to grow their businesses.

Revive Edge will provide agents with access to homeowner seller leads, event notifications, an e-commissions program, marketing tools, discounts, individual profiles and a platform to showcase their customers.

“Revive Edge is for agents who are known in their markets for going above and beyond for their clients,” Michael Alladawi, CEO and founder of Revive Real Estate, said in a statement.

When home sellers contact Revive, the leads are sent to agents through the Revive Edge network. Among these leads, 75% of them convert into transactions, Revive claims.

In the press release, some agents said Revive Edge helps them receive referrals and saves time because it eliminates the need for listing presentations.

The company says home sellers lose out on 15-20% of potential profits when their homes are not renovated or ready to be moved into.

Revive operates as a home concierge service that offers pre-sale home renovations like interior remodeling and roof repairs, provides renovation estimates and contractors, and gets paid after the home sale closes.

Through this method, Revive home sellers have received $186,000 more by implementing renovations with a 257% return on investments, the company says.

In February this year, Revive partnered with zavvie to help sellers get the highest possible home price through their listing agent and the agent’s brokerage.
