Jeff Knipe is president and founder of Knipe Realty ERA Powered, a regional brokerage based in Portland, OR. With four offices and more than 200 agents, the firm serves Oregon and Washington. Knipe started his career in real estate sales and was recognized as a top agent under 30 for two years in a row. He then launched a real estate lead generation company called iMove Group that created business opportunities for agents, while still working as an agent with a team. After the 2007 subprime mortgage fallout, he evolved iMove group into his current brokerage company.
