Fiona is a Southwest Florida resident and Realtor for over twenty two years. She holds an AA from Edison State College and a Bachelors in business from the University of South Florida. Not only is she a Florida licensed real estate agent and broker, she is also a writer and previously a Huffington Post Blogger. Born in Ohio but raised in Ireland as a child, she comes from a large family of 6 children. Her family connections in European countries have given her a distinct advantage with many international experiences representing both buyers and sellers. Fiona has earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Designation, the "benchmark of excellence" in buyer representation. She also earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents and brokers. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) recognizes both the ABR designation and CRS designation. As a Licensed Broker, for years, she owned and operated one of the top independent offices in all of South Fort Myers prior to becoming the managing broker of Royal Shell's Cape Coral offices. Personally, Fiona Finn was awarded the distinction of being among the top 1% of all agents; the Five Star designation is held by only 7% of agents in SW Florida. The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers & the Beach selected Fiona as one of their Top Guns, a distinct honor. The United Who's Who Registry chose Fiona Finn as one their professionals who has achieved a level of excellence in her profession.
