David Friedman, CEO and Co-founder, Knox Financial David Friedman has two decades experience starting and leading technology companies in the fintech and proptech industries. In 2018, he co-founded Knox Financial, which helps homeowners who are moving to buy their new home and keep their old house as a market-beating investment property. Knox has built a unique set of financial products and sophisticated technology that allows a homeowner to effortlessly turn their old home into the best investment in their portfolio and achieve financial freedom through property investing. Prior to Knox, Dave founded Boston Logic, and served as the company’s CEO for more than a decade. He led Boston Logic in becoming a leading provider of real estate brokerage software, and sold it in 2016. Boston Logic later operated under the name Propertybase after a series of acquisitions in the space. The company was later acquired again by Lone Wolf Technologies. Dave received an MSME and BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
