Offerpad moved its corporate hub from Gilbert to Phoenix\u2019s East Valley in March. The new headquarters offers nearly 40,000 square feet \u2014 more than tripling the size of the company\u2019s previous space. Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey delivered remarks at the event.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Offerpad, which launched in 2015, is privately held, with markets in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Tampa, and Tucson.<\/p>\n<p>Arizona is quickly becoming known as a hub for <a href=\"a-look-at-ibuyers-expanding-footprint\/\">iBuyers<\/a>. Gov. Ducey in March signed a \u201cProperty Technology Sandbox\u201d bill, which offers incentives for businesses in the state to test innovative products or services in the real estate industry. By reducing costly barriers to entry, the legislation promotes the development of disruptive technologies affecting the transfer and management of both commercial and residential property.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a milestone that marks the tremendous growth Offerpad has experienced since we got started less than four years ago. Over the past two years, employee growth has increased almost 400 percent. Our new headquarters is great for us internally and it will help us continue to innovate real estate solutions for consumers around the country,\u201d said Offerpad founder and CEO, Brian Bair.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-57620 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2021\/01\/5_9-HQ-5_9-1024x683-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/p>\n<p>Offerpad, which emphasizes \u201cHomes Not Houses,\u201d created its new office to feel more like home. It was designed with numerous unique meeting spaces bearing names like Living Room, Dining Room and Workshop.
