From Oct. 12-14, the AREAA will hold its national convention in Chicago where it will celebrate&nbsp;the <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/category\/real-estate\/agents-brokers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">honorees<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ranking was&nbsp;produced by <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/realtrends\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RealTrends<\/a> in partnership with <strong>Bank of America<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shirley Gary of Ansley Christie\u2019s Real Estate ranked first in the&nbsp;\u201cIndividual Real Estate Agents Sides\u201d list. She&nbsp;generated 263 transaction sides in 2022 and came in 22nd in <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/ranking\/best-real-estate-agents-united-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RealTrends<\/a>\u2019 \u201cThe Thousand\u201d ranking.&nbsp;Meanwhile, Tracy Allen of <strong>Coldwell Banker Realty<\/strong> in Honolulu, ranked first in the \u201cIndividual Real Estate Agents Volume\u201d list. She generated $200.92 million in 2022 and was 77th in <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/ranking\/best-real-estate-agents-united-states\/individuals-by-volume\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RealTrends<\/a>\u2019 \u201cThe Thousand\u201d ranking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the teams side, Long Doan\u2019s <strong>Realty Group<\/strong> in Minneapolis nabbed the top team spot on the &#8220;Real Estate Team Sides&#8221; list with 4,412 transactions in 2022.&nbsp;At the same time, the <strong>Advanced Super Team<\/strong> earned top honors in sales volume, generating $2.69 billion<br>in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly, for <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/loan-officer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">loan originators<\/a>, Shashank Shekhar, founder and CEO of <strong>InstaMortgage <\/strong>in San Jose, Calif., was the number one loan originator, with 400 closed mortgages in 2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to submit an application, AREAA expected individual agents to have generated at least 15 transaction sides or $6 million in sales volume in 2022. Teams needed to have at least 25 transaction sides and $9 million in sales volume, plus the team lead had to be an AREAA member.
