{"id":4731,"date":"2023-10-03T14:11:46","date_gmt":"2023-10-03T14:11:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/2023\/10\/03\/four-of-the-biggest-mlss-in-the-southeast-have-formed-an-alliance\/"},"modified":"2025-03-13T02:53:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T02:53:08","slug":"four-of-the-biggest-mlss-in-the-southeast-have-formed-an-alliance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/2023\/10\/03\/four-of-the-biggest-mlss-in-the-southeast-have-formed-an-alliance\/","title":{"rendered":"Four of the biggest MLSs in the Southeast have formed an alliance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Four of the largest MLSs in the Southeast have formed an alliance, creating a data sharing network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>South Carolina&#8217;s Charleston Regional MLS; Canopy MLS in North Carolina; Georgia MLS; and Realtracs, which is the largest MLS in Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee, have formed the Southeast MLS Alliance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The partnership will allow members of these four <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/mls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MLSs <\/a>to access more than 85,000&nbsp;listings across <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/alabama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alabama<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/georgia\/page\/8\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Georgia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/kentucky\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kentucky<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/north-carolina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">North Carolina<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/tennessee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tennessee<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/south-carolina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">South Carolina<\/a>. In addition to providing real estate agents with more data, it will also enhance their referrals opportunities across the Southeast, the statement said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt was time for like-minded MLSs in large markets across the southeast to come together and form a meaningful referral network for our combined members,\u201d Richard Boone, CEO of Georgia MLS, said in a statement. \u201cIt was important the agreement kept the members as top priority and that the participating MLSs made geographic sense.
