Realtor.com has access to a large audience of buyers and sellers, and compared to the competition, a higher portion of our audience is ready to find an agent to help them transact. We\u2019re focused on growing and engaging that audience even further, because we know it will result in more quality leads for our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subscribers receive access to featured branding, including higher agent profile placement on <strong>UpNest <\/strong>search results (UpNest is <a href=\"http:\/\/Realtor.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Realtor.com<\/a>\u2019s pay-at-close seller leads platform for agents); pre-listing tools from <strong>Cloud CMA<\/strong> by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/lone-wolf-technologies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lone Wolf<\/a><\/strong>, which feature local market data and buyer intel from <a href=\"http:\/\/Realtor.com\">Realtor.com<\/a>; promoted listings in <a href=\"http:\/\/Realtor.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Realtor.com<\/a> search results; as well as a tool that matches buy-side agents with sell-side agents whose listings match their buyer\u2019s wish list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cListing Toolkit is a purpose-built solution that empowers agents to win more listings and sell more listings,\u201d Elmquist said. \u201cRealtor.com is dedicated to helping agents grow their business through cyclical market conditions and helping sellers connect with professionals who can help them to meet their goals.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Realtor.com said Listing Toolkit subscribers also receive access to the enhanced listing intelligence features from the no-cost version <a href=\"http:\/\/Realtor.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Realtor.com<\/a> launched earlier this year via the <a href=\"http:\/\/Realtor.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Realtor.com<\/a> Listing Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking ahead, Elmquist said to expect more new tools and features like the Listing Toolkit from Realtor.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRealtor.com is committed to helping drive business results for both buyer and listing agents; we have a portfolio of traditional marketing and <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/lead-generation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lead gen tools<\/a> for buyer side agents and now we are expanding our products and solutions to help agents with the selling side of their business,\u201d Elmquist wrote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The listing platform recently launched a tool allowing homeowners to see potential <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/articles\/realtor-com-tool-shows-what-your-home-could-get-on-airbnb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">short-term rental income estimates<\/a> through an integration with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/airbnb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Airbnb.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In its attempt to topple Zillow as the No. 1 listing platform, Realtor.com has launched a sell-side agent tool kit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":34740,"featured_media":4822,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3255],"tags":[],"coauthors":[1760],"class_list":["post-4692","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-archive"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.4 (Yoast SEO v26.8) -
