New York<\/a>-based brokerage SERHANT.<\/strong> is welcoming top-selling agent Sara Golan to the firm to strengthen the brokerage\u2019s Brooklyn operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Golan is coming to SERHANT.<\/a> from Nest Seekers<\/strong>, where she previously served as managing director. In addition, she managed the Bedford-Stuyvesant location at her previous firm and she has over a decade of experience working with buyers, sellers and developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“My decision to join SERHANT. naturally felt like coming home to the people I know and trust to collaborate and do amazing business with,” Golan said. “Our goal is to build an energetic team of professionals who can leverage SERHANT.’s brand, technology and our combined real estate experience to create success for each other.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This, however, is not her first time working with Ryan Serhant.<\/a> Golan previously led Serhant\u2019s first Brooklyn office. She began her real estate career as an assistant to a real estate developer and investor in Queens and Brooklyn, before spending five years as a closing manager in the lending industry and going on to become an owner and partner in a real estate development office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past 10 years, Golan has totaled over $500 million in sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
