\u00a0SERHANT., <\/strong>the eponomous brokerage run by Ryan Serhant<\/a>, announced that it is expanding nationally with introduction of six new markets.\u00a0 Kicking off with Florida, the firm is also expanding into Pennsylvania, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Connecticut.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Headquartered in Soho, New York City, the firm was founded by the former “Million-Dollar Listing”<\/a> star in 2021 and expanded statewide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yasser Ponce will manage and lead operations for the South Florida market. He will be joined by Mariana Niro, a top-producing agent formerly of Douglas Elliman<\/strong> and Matt Van Wie from The Keyes Company<\/strong> as founding agents of SERHANT., slated to open later this year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christian Prakas formerly of Prakas Real Estate<\/strong>, an independent brokerage, will lead the Palm Beach County communities of\u00a0 Delray Beach and Boca Raton. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the company has now expanded into Pennsylvania with the addition of the Philadelphia-based Societe Select. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In New Jersey, the firm will be led by former Compass<\/strong> broker Michele Zyska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to those markets, SERHANT.<\/a> offices will be located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Connecticut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
