The platform is a joint venture between <strong>Bright MLS<\/strong> and <strong>California Regional Multiple Listing Service<\/strong> (CRMLS) \u2014 two of the largest MLSs in the nation \u2014 and is available to residents in nine states. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to support MLSs in the development of Nestfully.com,\u201d said Andrew Binkley, President of Constellation1. \u201cWith the ultimate goal of providing a smoother real estate experience for consumers, powered by brokers and MLSs, Nestfully.com will deliver the most up-to-date and accurate MLS data to consumers navigating the largest transaction of their life.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nestfully portal was first <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/mlss-team-up-to-launch-nestfully-a-consumer-facing-listing-portal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">announced in January<\/a> and is built to provide potential homebuyers and sellers with accurate, up-to-date search results, according to the company \u2014 including just-sold information on listings. The platform is currently accessible on desktop and mobile, and iOS and Android apps will launch in the second quarter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The portal&#8217;s search experience is tailored to how homebuyers search for properties, the company said. Users can search for properties,  apply filters based on their wants or needs, and schedule showings through the Nestfully platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, potential homebuyers can use Nestfully to ask listing agents questions on properties they&#8217;re interested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe site delivers the benefits of Nestfully to millions of consumers \u2013 with no advertising or hidden fees \u2013 and connects them directly to the agents and brokers who know the properties best,\u201d said Brian Donnellan, Bright MLS President &amp; CEO. \u201cWe tested this in the Bright footprint while concepting Nestfully in 2021, and we were able to deliver over 30,000 consumer connections \u2013 with an aggregate sales volume of nearly $9.4 billion \u2013 to brokers and agents at no cost.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So far, three MLSs have committed to participate: <strong>REColorado<\/strong>, <strong>BeachesMLS<\/strong> and the <strong>MIAMI Association of REALTORS<\/strong>. REColorado participated in the initial launch, and the others will join in the second quarter of 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBeachesMLS is proud to participate in Nestfully and provide South Florida consumers with the most current, comprehensive and accurate MLS data available,\u201d Dionna Hall, CEO of BeachesMLS and <strong>Broward, Palm Beaches &amp; St. Lucie Realtors<\/strong>, said in the statement. \u201cWe know that consumers want accurate information, and they want it quickly, and Nestfully provides just that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the addition of these three MLSs, Nestfully can count five of the nation\u2019s 16 largest MLSs as participants. According to the company, this will drive &#8220;tremendous value&#8221; back to the consumers, brokers and agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The platform&#8217;s technology services are provided by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/constellation1.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Constellation1<\/a><\/strong>, which provides data services and front and back office for the real estate
