Compass <\/strong>once again comes out on top in the 2023 RealTrends 500 brokerage rankings<\/a>, with a $182 billion increase in sales volume over the last five years \u2014 2018-2022, ranking No. 1 of the Top 5-Year Movers by Sales Volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An analysis of the top five-year movers by sales volume shows the big national brands took the top five spots. This ranking shows the firms that had the largest increase in sales volume<\/a> between 2018 and 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

eXp Realty<\/strong> was No. 2 and had the second highest five-year increase in sales volume, with a increase of $139 billion in sales volume in five years. No. 3 was Anywhere Advisors<\/strong> with an increase of $41 billion between 2018 and 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rounding out the <\/strong>top five were HomeServices of America<\/strong> with an increase of $29 billion and @properties<\/strong> with a $20 billion increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
