Garcia specializes in <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/luxury-real-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">luxury listings<\/a>, but she and her team work with buyers and sellers of all budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs a leader in luxury real estate, the partnerships Keller Williams offers with the Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, and many others increase exposure for my clients,\u201d Garcia said in a statement. \u201cAs a large real estate team, they also provide structure and technology built for large city-wide teams that other firms do not.&nbsp;They give us the infrastructure to grow into multiple markets which adds great value for our clients.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A long-time business coach, Garcia also announced that she is partnering with KW MAPS Coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, the Garcia Real Estate Group was the No. 12 large-sized team based on sales volume in Texas, according to the <strong>2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/realtrends\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RealTrends<\/a> America\u2019s Best<\/strong> rankings, after the group recorded $128.844 million in <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/rankings\/real-trends-americas-best-teams-by-volume-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sales volume<\/a> in 2021.
