eXp Realty<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Fathom Holdings<\/strong>\u00a0lead the top movers by transactions. This is the actual numeric increase in transaction sides year to year between 2021 and 2022. 2023 rankings are based on 2022 data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2023 RealTrends 500<\/a> rankings top movers by transaction sides is based on 2022 sales data. Top movers is a ranking of the 48 firms in the RealTrends 500 that had the largest increase in closed sides or largest increase in sales volume between 2020 to 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

eXp Realty<\/a> had a 41,511 increase in sides over 2022. Fathom<\/a> had a 6,273 increase in transaction sides in 2022, compared to 2023. Both firms grew primarily through agent count.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rounding out the top five are The Agency<\/strong> (+2,518), CENTURY 21 Real Estate Alliance<\/strong> (+1,731) and United Real Estate<\/strong> (+1,725). Both The Agency and United Real Estate had key acquisitions combined with organic growth in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the market taking a dip in the middle of 2022, transactions side increases were impressive, but lower than last year. Last year, eXp Realty had a 116,646 increase in sides between 2021 and 2022. This year, it dropped to 41,511 transaction sides increase. However, given the market, these companies grew impressively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
