In the past year, it has increased daily messages by more than 322% and daily lead responses by more than 108%, according to the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chime attributes the success of its chatbot to the \u201cconsistent coaching and humanizing of the chatbot\u201d and four years of strategic product development, according to a statement from the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFour years ago, our forward-thinking product development team recognized the potential for AI to significantly impact the real estate industry and delivered a powerful and intuitive chatbot designed to help agents work smarter and not harder,\u201d said Dave Carter, vice president of marketing at Chime in the statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chatbot adoption among customers also increased <a href=\"https:\/\/3437852.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net\/hubfs\/3437852\/AI%20Infographic.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">by 46%<\/a> in 2022, according to Chime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe will continue to prioritize humanizing our AI to deliver high quality interactions for the benefit of agents and consumers alike,\u201d Carter said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AI Assistant, launched in 2019, is powered by machine learning and natural language processing technologies. A team at Chime also regularly trains it to \u201cdeliver the operational intelligence agents need to close deals,\u201d according to the statement. The team reviews thousands of conversations to gauge its performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to its website, the chatbot\u2019s conversational capabilities cover the entire buying and selling process. The tool helps clients set appointments and showings with leads and converts cold leads into hot leads with a campaign lasting six months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chime claims AI Assistant saves time and fits workflows by sending notifications to clients when a lead engages. It also provides clients with AI groups and tags to manage leads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through these features, Chime aims to help increase agent productivity and boost conversion rates while integrating the chatbot into its sales acceleration platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some AI Assistant packages also include a Facebook Messenger integration, which allows the chatbot to communicate with leads through the social media platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the new features the company added to AI Assistant are the option to schedule a showing direction based on lead\u2019s availability, responding directly to listing ad questions, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.chime.me\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/7626737520923-Managing-Smart-Plans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">integration<\/a> with its Smart Plans, and cold-lead nurturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chime Technologies operates as a U.S. subsidiary of <strong>Renren, Inc.<\/strong> Last November, the company <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/chime-technologies-launches-geo-farming-tech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">launched<\/a> a lead-generation geo-farming feature.
