The team has a collective professional experience of 25 years in the real estate industry and includes Sean Nielsen, Ashley Stevens and Mari Moline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTheir experience and proven success in the market add immediate value to our business and clients not only on a local level but also to our regional, national and global networks,\u201d Dolak said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As team lead and founder, Nielsen\u2019s career <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/seannielsen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spans 18 years<\/a> in real estate, including 12 years at Sotheby\u2019s as a luxury eco-broker, where he helped clients buy eco-friendly homes and condos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to this role, Nielsen was a real estate professional at <strong>Windermere Real Estate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Pacific Northwest native will now serve as the director of business development, Engel &amp; V\u00f6lkers Kirkland while continuing to help clients. His teammates will focus on client experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEngel &amp; V\u00f6lkers\u2019 boutique approach to serving both clients and advisors resonated with our team,\u201d said Nielsen. \u201cWe\u2019re better positioned to reach our growth potential, and I believe consumers are increasingly drawn to brands and professionals that offer a highly personalized real estate experience.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 1977 in Germany, Engel &amp;
