Top South Florida Realtor Laurie Reader and her Plantation-based team, Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate<\/strong>, have realigned with real estate franchise Keller Williams, <\/strong>the company announced on Sunday at its \u201cFamily Reunion<\/a>\u201d event. The team first joined Keller Williams in early 2011 before making the move to operate independently in July 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reader, founder and CEO of the firm, will bring to Keller Williams 104 real estate agents and 20 staff members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe values and culture of Keller Williams reflect who we are,\u201d Reader said in a statement. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to leverage the brand\u2019s powerful referral network, and models and systems to expand further and faster across the U.S.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The independent real estate firm has sold<\/a> more than 4,000 homes in total, with more than $1.5 billion in sales volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team sold 890 units in 2022 alone, totaling more than $417 million in sales volume. The firm sold 2,288 units in 2021, equating to more than $900 million in sales volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year, Laurie Finkelstein Reader Real Estate ranked<\/a> third by sales volume in Florida in the RealTrends<\/strong> + Tom Ferry 2022 America\u2019s Best<\/strong> rankings among mega teams (21+ agents).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team also ranked<\/a> 19th by sales volume and 17th by transaction sides in the mega team category for the 2022 RealTrends + Tom Ferry<\/strong> The Thousand<\/strong> rankings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reader grew up in South Florida and hails from a family that works in the real estate industry. Her professional career has spanned more than 25 years, with a focus on enhancing the consumer and agent experience. She is also a business coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
