A week after the <strong>Robyn + Rachel Group<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/robyn-rachel-group-returns-to-sothebys-after-a-year-at-compass\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">announced its return<\/a> to Sotheby\u2019s affiliate <strong>Realogics Sotheby\u2019s International Realty<\/strong>, South-Central Texas based <strong>Southern District Properties Group<\/strong> has announced that it is departing <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/reffkin-and-compass-are-committed-to-profitability-in-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Compass<\/a> to set up a new <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.housingwire.com\/tag\/sothebys-international-realty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sotheby\u2019s<\/a> affiliate, according to an announcement on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new affiliate will be known as <strong>Southern District Sotheby\u2019s International Realty<\/strong>, the brokerage\u2019s 28<sup>th<\/sup> affiliate in the state, and it will be owned and operated by Cari Goeke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am thrilled to welcome Cari and her powerhouse team to our network,\u201d Philip White, president and CEO of Sotheby\u2019s International Realty, said in a statement. \u201cTheir expertise and industry recognition enables us to effectively target a growing market, which was recently described as \u2018the Hamptons of Texas.\u2019 The area has become popular for&nbsp;second homes, farms, and ranches, exemplifying the growing trend of buyers expanding their searches, and we look forward to supporting Southern District Sotheby\u2019s International Realty.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2021, Goeke\u2019s team recorded more than $71 million in sales volume, according to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/rankings\/real-trends-americas-best-teams-by-volume-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RealTrends America\u2019s Best rankings<\/a><\/strong> data. The team has two offices, which it will bring over to Sotheby\u2019s in Brenham and Bellville, Texas.
