The firm has ranked in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compass.com\/agents\/the-barron-team\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the top 1%<\/a> of the 29,000 agents in San Diego County for four straight years and closed more than 150 transactions and $200 million in sales in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEmma and Brian are two of the most respected agents in Southern California. They are true professionals and culture-carriers and their addition will fuel immense growth opportunities for The Real Brokerage,&#8221; Sharran Srivatsaa, president of Real, said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since joining the brokerage earlier this month, the team has signed seven new listings and brought eight transactions to escrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe real estate industry is rapidly changing and agents deserve a brokerage that is investing in the technology and resources that allow us to best serve our clients. The Real Brokerage is that brokerage,\u201d Lefkowitz said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lefkowitz has more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry. She founded <strong>Barron Real Estate Group <\/strong>in 2014 with her mother, Janice Barron, who is also a real estate broker. The group sold more than 800 homes worth a total of $1 billion prior to being acquired by Compass in 2018. Lefkowitz and Tague then partnered to create The Barron Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tague, a former naval officer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/briantaguerealtor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">held<\/a> leadership positions at the <strong>Military Sealift Command <\/strong>prior to starting a career in real estate at the Barron Real Estate Group in 2016. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe culture of teamwork and collaboration at The Real Brokerage is unparalleled and will enable our team to bring a new level of service to our clients,\u201d Tague said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Real recently <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/the-real-brokerage-acquires-home-loan-platform-lemonbrew-lending\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acquired<\/a> <strong>Expetitle,<\/strong> now called <strong>Real Title<\/strong>, and <strong>LemonBrew Lending<\/strong>, a home loan platform<strong>. <\/strong>The firm also expanded into Canada in November 2022 with the <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/the-real-brokerage-acquires-redline-bc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acquisition<\/a> of the <strong>Redline Real Estate Group<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Dean Aguilar Group<\/strong>, another San Diego-based team, joined Real the same month.
