Compass agent Morgan Trent moves to Christie\u2019s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>President of <strong>Trent Luxury<\/strong> and former NFL\u2019s Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Morgan Trent has left <strong>Compass <\/strong>and joined <strong>AKG | Christie&#8217;s International Real Estate. <\/strong>Trent Luxury has more than $8 billion in total sales, according to the firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trent, a top producing luxury residential real estate agent, is a Southern California native who graduated from the University of Michigan and was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2009. He continued to work in real estate during the off seasons.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trent works alongside <a href=\"https:\/\/trentluxury.com\/agent\/andi-mcafee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agent<\/a> Andi McAfee, who holds real estate licenses in California and South Carolina and is a member of the <strong>Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The Christie&#8217;s International Real Estate brand alone gives us the look and feel that we weren&#8217;t able to attain at other brokerages and is much more aligned with where we see Trent Luxury going over the next several years,\u201d Trent said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While at Compass, Trent sold 5 Avalon Vista, a property worth $21 million, and 627 Moreno, a $19.5 million property. His firm was also responsible for the most expensive home transaction in Westwood during 2022, in which Trent represented Russell Westbrook of the L.A. Lakers in the sale of a $36.5 million Brentwood property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Morgan is one of the real estate agents in the country who has a database of the who&#8217;s who. Representing athletes, celebrities, and CEOs alike, his database is second to none and we are thrilled to have him as one of our partners here at AKG,&#8221; said Aaron Kirman, CEO of AKG | Christie&#8217;s International Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kirman made a <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/top-l-a-broker-team-leaves-compass-for-christies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">similar move<\/a> to Trent&#8217;s late last year when he left Compass and launched his own firm in partnership with Christie&#8217;s International Real Estate. The top real estate broker and CNBC\u2019s \u201cListing Impossible\u201d star and his team will now work alongside Trent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kirman\u2019s team, based in Beverly hills, has 160 agents, 14 full-time support staff and a total of $14 billion in luxury real estate sales, with $1.6 billion in 2022 and $1.119 billion in 2021.
