It is time to identify and specialize in a particular type of property or buyer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no guarantees, but finding a niche can help agents gain expertise, which they can leverage into a more lucrative career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-rental-and-vacation-homes\"><a><\/a>1. Rental and vacation homes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nmhc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">National Multifamily Housing Council<\/a> noted that 43 million U.S. households are renters, with 36% living in apartments.
