{"id":3858,"date":"2023-01-11T14:49:03","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T14:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/2023\/01\/11\/luxury-real-estate-veteran-anne-colvin-joins-christies\/"},"modified":"2025-03-13T02:48:41","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T02:48:41","slug":"luxury-real-estate-veteran-anne-colvin-joins-christies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/2023\/01\/11\/luxury-real-estate-veteran-anne-colvin-joins-christies\/","title":{"rendered":"Luxury real estate veteran Anne Colvin joins Christie\u2019s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Chicago-based luxury real estate veteran Anne Colvin joined <strong>Christie\u2019s International Real Estate <\/strong>as its vice president of affiliate services, the company announced recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colvin\u2019s professional career spans more than 13 years in the real estate industry, in which she focused on ways to help independent brokerage firms succeed through strategies and partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRight now, we are focused on delivering more services and resources than ever before, so having someone like Anne, who has deep industry relationships and experience and understands the inner workings of independent brokerages, is incredible for our affiliates and our brand,\u201d said Chris Lim, president of <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/properties-company-owned-offices-add-christies-international-to-name\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Christie\u2019s International Real Estate<\/a>, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In her new role, which is newly created, Colvin will supervise Christie\u2019s services, including the network\u2019s technology, marketing, and coaching and training.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She will also foster relationships between the network, its affiliates and the Christie\u2019s auction house, according to a statement. Colvin\u2019s role comprises working with the executive team to ensure participation from affiliates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She says her position will allow her to help Christie\u2019s member firms be successful by using the tools the company offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBetween the technology, marketing, training resources, and the rich heritage of Christie\u2019s, I have yet to encounter a luxury real estate brand whose value proposition is more compelling than Christie\u2019s International Real Estate,\u201d Colvin said in the statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to this role, she was the director of partnerships at a digital marketing agency for top-producing brokerage firms and agents, <strong>Luxury Presence, <\/strong>where she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/annemcolvin\/details\/experience\/\">focused on<\/a> managing engagement with the company\u2019s real estate brokerage and industry partners, and also partook in event and sponsorships initiatives. She also spent more than a decade in various leadership roles at a global network of luxury real estate firms, <strong>Luxury Portfolio International.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In December 2021, Chicago-based real estate technology firm <strong>@properties <\/strong>acquired Christie\u2019s, after which it uses @properties\u2019 pl@tform\u2122, a brokerage-technology system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After this, Christie\u2019s has signed on or renewed more than 20 affiliate brokerages.
