Florida-based real estate professionals Kevin Johnson, Giuseppe Pistone, Peggy Clemente and John Carpenter opened CENTURY 21 Edge<\/strong><\/strong> with a 100-member team in Orlando and Pembroke Pines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CENTURY 21 Edge will operate as an independently owned franchise affiliate of Century 21 Real Estate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The founders have worked in the real estate industry in Florida for more than four decades and aim to have offices in all major metropolitan areas in the state within a span of five years. The 100 team members originate from 32 countries and speak various languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Johnson, chief executive officer of CENTURY 21 Edge, says the company will focus on providing affiliated agents with tools, services, and resources to reduce the gap between generating leads and closing transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCENTURY 21 Edge is committed to our four pillars: Education, Diversity + Inclusion, Gratitude, and Entrepreneurship,\u201d Johnson added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The founders networked at signature CENTURY 21 events and sent referrals to form a link among themselves and their respective affiliated agents, according to the statements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLike many other business arrangements, ours started with conversations of doing something together, and over the years, we realized that the four owners truly complement each other’s strengths and weaknesses as a collective group,\u201d said Pistone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-founder Clemente says the company will also focus on acquiring two to three new companies in Florida-based markets next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKevin, Giuseppe, Peggy, and John give 121% and go above and beyond on behalf of their family of agents,\u201d said Michael Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate, <\/strong>in the release. \u201cI\u2019m confident that they will do whatever it takes to make a difference in the lives of the people and the markets they serve.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Century 21 is seeing growth across the country. Last week, real estate broker and producer Brody and Helen Goucher opened<\/a> CENTURY 21 Summit Realty<\/strong> to expand their business throughout northwestern Montana and beyond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Century 21 Real Estate includes nearly 14,000 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices in 85 countries and territories globally, with more than 150,000 independent sales professionals.
