Real estate broker and producer Brody and Helen Goucher announced the opening on Friday of CENTURY 21 Summit Realty,<\/strong> a franchise affiliate of Century 21 Real Estate<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Gouchers want to leverage the CENTURY 21 Real Estate productivity platform, lead generation tools, digital marketing and coaching for their clients and customers, according to a press release on the opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe expect the affiliation with Century 21 Real Estate, the leader in brand respect and recognition, to play a vital role in building out our companywide growth strategy,\u201d Brody Goucher said in the press release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal of the mother-son duo is to expand their business throughout northwestern Montana and to a \u201cmore global investor audience.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBrody and Helen are driven leaders who dream big and move fast, and their family of agents, and ultimately their clients, know that they will always go the extra mile on their behalf,\u201d said Mike Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Gouchers are currently looking to recruit sales professionals for their company, according to the statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CENTURY 21 brand currently operates 14,000 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices in 85 countries and territories globally, with more than 150,000 independent sales professionals, according to the press release. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Century 21 Real Estate is a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate Inc.<\/strong>, a provider<\/a> of real estate brokerage, relocation, and settlement services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In September 2022, Florida-based CENTURY 21 Myers Realty<\/strong> partnered<\/a> with independent brokerage Lake & Land Realty of Highlands, Inc.<\/strong> to form CENTURY 21 Lake & Land Myers Realty.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
