Her daughter Whitney also joined Engel &amp; V\u00f6lkers Aspen as a real estate advisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McLaughlin, <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/the-thousand-podcast-tracy-mclaughlin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a top-producing agent<\/a> in tony Marin County for decades, closed $416,585,500 in deals last year, according to RealTrends&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/rankings\/real-trends-1000-individuals-by-volume-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">most recent ranking<\/a> of the nation&#8217;s top agents. She was the 8th most productive agent in California in terms of sales volume and was #24 overall nationwide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTracy is known for being her clients\u2019 biggest advocate, and that level of service is apparent in her production and recognition as a top real estate professional both in the Bay Area and nationally,\u201d said Paul Benson, co-founder and CEO of&nbsp;Engel&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;V\u00f6lkers&nbsp;Gestalt Group, which operates 32 offices across Utah, California, Nevada, Arizona, and Oregon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>McLaughlin joined <a href=\"https:\/\/profiles.realtrends.com\/broker-details\/the+agency\/r\/recE1xjKwLnw4atjo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Agency<\/a> in 2019 after a stint with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/profiles.realtrends.com\/broker-details\/compass\/r\/rec77S4Jop25LAg5B\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Compass<\/a><\/strong>, which bought Pacific Union, the brokerage she owned with her ex-husband Mark McLaughlin. (The brokerage giant paid north of $80 million to acquire Pacific Union. Mark McLaughlin left Compass in 2021.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJoining Engel &amp; V\u00f6lkers provides me with access to an expansive global network that will help me better serve my clients and my community,\u201d Tracy McLaughlin said in a statement. \u201cThe collaborative leadership and support will present more opportunities for my business and new offerings for my clients that I greatly look forward to leveraging. Personally, I\u2019m also thrilled to work with my daughter under one brand and see her flourish as a real estate professional in Aspen.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Engel &amp; Volkers Gestalt Group generated $4.14 billion in sales volume in 2021, good for #82 overall nationwide, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/real-trends-500\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RealTrends&#8217; ranking<\/a> of the country&#8217;s biggest brokerages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Agency, which was the 21st largest brokerage by sales volume in 2021, has been expanding into new markets in recent months.
