The Christie\u2019s International Real Estate<\/strong> affiliate network is continuing its global expansion by welcoming a new affiliate in Estonia. The firm announced Tuesday that it is signing on Tallinn-based Signature Estate Collection<\/strong>, a new brokerage firm comprised of luxury-focused agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signature Estate Collection was founded by Tauno Loodus, along with Triin Loodus, Jelena Kuzmenko, and Ebe-Kai Mutso. Together these agents have decades of combined experience in management, marketing, and luxury residential sales, according to the release. The team also includes senior agents Kirsti Pai, Maire Roose, Helen Tallermo and Triin M\u00e4gi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are launching this venture with extensive experience in international real estate, a strong client base and a strong position in Estonia\u2019s luxury property market. In addition, having a brand like Christie\u2019s International Real Estate that supports us with a luxury pedigree, international exposure, and the best marketing and technology in the industry ensures that we will offer the highest standards of service for our local and international clients,\u201d Loodus said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the COVID-19 pandemic, like other global markets, Estonia experienced a real estate boom<\/a>, with home prices appreciating more than 20% year over year in 2021. The Baltic nation is also home to several technology \u201cunicorns\u201d<\/a> including Wise<\/strong>, Bolt<\/strong>, Skype<\/strong>, Playtech<\/strong>, Pipedrive<\/strong> and Veriff<\/strong>, with many IT workers settling in the nation\u2019s capital of Tallinn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEstonia is a very exciting opportunity for Christie\u2019s International Real Estate. The invitation only Christie\u2019s International Real Estate Affiliate network spans nearly 50 countries and territories around the world. The brand has recently welcomed affiliates in Japan; Malta; Venice, Italy; Naples, Florida<\/a>; and Newport, Rhode Island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
