Last year, Chu was honored as one of the top agents in his office, with GCI exceeding $2.5 million. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are inspired to welcome Eric Chu and his team to the Christie&#8217;s International Real Estate Sereno family,\u201d says Chris Trapani, co-founder and CEO, in a statement. \u201cAs a San Francisco native, Eric is a trusted authority about the Peninsula and communities like Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Belmont, and San Carlos.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chu joins the Christie\u2019s International Real Estate Sereno office in Burlingame that serves as a gateway to some of the nation\u2019s most expensive residential markets, strengthening the company\u2019s growth in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sereno recently partnered with <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/southwest-floridas-top-independent-brokerage-to-join-christies-network\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Christie&#8217;s International Real Estate<\/a> in February 2022.
