On Wednesday, the brokerage announced its entrance into Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is eXp\u2019s 24<sup>th<\/sup> global market and the expansion follows the launch of four new markets in 2022 including the <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/exp-plans-expansion-into-new-zealand-greece-and-dominican-republic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dominican Republic, Greece, and New Zealand<\/a>, with Dubai expected to open soon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPoland\u2019s recent wave of real estate brokerage consolidation speaks to the attractiveness of its property sector for both foreign and domestic investments,\u201d Michael Valdes, the firm\u2019s chief growth officer, said in a statement. \u201cWith continued rapid growth and resilience in the real estate market, Poland provides eXp Realty an ideal opportunity to establish a strong foothold in the Central and Eastern European region.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The brokerage\u2019s Poland operation will be led by Dorota Chomuntowska, who has more than 11 years of real estate broker experience in Poland and other international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ceXp has pioneered a new wave of quality and value for the real estate industry,\u201d Chomuntowska said in a statement. \u201cI am honored to lead this expansion in Poland and look forward to introducing eXp Realty to agents across the country.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is eXp\u2019s second global expansion this month with the firm announcing its expansion into <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/exp-realty-expands-to-third-south-american-country-chile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chile<\/a> last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/exp-invests-in-technology-and-education-as-the-market-shifts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">second quarter of 2022<\/a>, &nbsp;eXp&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=HlHFGQvSjPw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recorded<\/a>&nbsp;revenue of $1.4 billion, a 42% year-over-year increase. And gross income increased 34% compared to the second quarter of 2021, for a total of $107.3 million.
