The National Association of Realtors<\/strong> is partnering with Arcadia Publishing<\/strong> under NAR\u2019s \u201cRealtor Benefits\u201d program<\/a>, according to an announcement on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this partnership, NAR said that brokers can receive a free, fully branded brokerage promotional publication. According to the release, Arcadia Publishing will work with brokerages to create a fully branded \u201cguide to buying and selling your home.\u201d The guide will feature customer information about the brokerage and it will include information on home buying and selling best practices, as well as advice on financing, moving, and home staging. Arcadia Publishing will manage all aspects of the design and publishing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe final product is a beautifully designed best practice guide to help consumers achieve their goal of buying or selling a property,\u201d Ray Ingleby, the CEO of Arcadia Publishing, said in a statement. \u201cAlthough digital marketing has revolutionized the media world, we recognize that many realtors want to complement their digital initiatives by providing their clients with impressive, quality printed materials.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brokers spend a median of $1,000 on marketing a year, with 51% of brokers spending more, according to NAR\u2019s 2022 member profile<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMany of our members run progressive and dynamic businesses, and they strive for their marketing collateral to match their experience and expertise,\u201d Rhonny Barragan, NAR\u2019s vice president of strategic alliances, said in a statement. \u201cWe’re excited to announce this partnership with Arcadia Publishing to bring free access to high-quality publications to our broker members and their agents.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
