Ventures Advisory Board, which was formed earlier this year. The board includes many prominent real estate figures, including Aaron Kirman, president of International <strong>Luxury Estates at Compass<\/strong>, Bob Lucindo, president and CEO of <strong>Lucido Global<\/strong>, Nancy Almodovar, the president and chief executive officer of <strong>NAN &amp; Company Properties<\/strong>,\u00a0Sharelle Rosado, the founder and CEO of <strong>Allure Realty <\/strong>and star of <strong>Netflix\u2019s\u00a0<em>Selling Tampa<\/em>,\u00a0<\/strong>Tim Hur, the managing broker of <strong>Point Honors and Associates, Realtors<\/strong> and 2022 national president of the <strong>Asian Real Estate Association of America<\/strong> (AREAA), as well as <em>Million Dollar Listing New York&#8217;s<\/em> Ryan Serhant himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSales is the greatest profession in the world, and we are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their limitless potential through the mastery of sales. A key component of our mission is making sure aspiring agents are set up for success from the start,\u201d said Kyle Scott, the president of SERHANT. Ventures, in a statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nar.realtor\/newsroom\/nars-member-profile-finds-realtors-cited-lack-of-inventory-as-top-reason-limiting-potential-clients\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">According<\/a> to the <strong>National Association of Realtors<\/strong>, 87% of agents leave the profession within the first five years and many <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/articles\/how-rookie-agents-are-faring-during-the-pandemic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">new agents<\/a> cite a lack of education as a major source of frustration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sell It Like Serhant Pre-Licensing Sales Accelerator will offer The CE Shop\u2019s pre-licensing program in 38 states, bundled with the<em>\u00a0<\/em>Sell It Like Serhant\u00a0\u201cReal Estate Core&#8221; course. The pre-licensing course will include access to a dedicated Sell It Like Serhant digital community for all pre-licensing students to network and ask questions of real estate experts. There also will be monthly Q&amp;A sessions with Ryan Serhant, guidebooks, form and marketing templates and a bi-weekly virtual workshop with industry experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sell It Like Serhant education program and network was founded in 2019.
