Compass <\/strong>once again comes out on top in the 2022 RealTrends 500 brokerage rankings<\/a>, with a $237 billion increase in sales volume over the last five years \u2014 2017-2021, ranking No. 1 of the Top 5-Year Movers by Sales Volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An analysis of the top five-year movers by sales volume shows the big national brands took the top five spots. This ranking shows the firms that had the largest increase in sales volume<\/a> between 2017 and 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

eXp Realty<\/strong> was No. 2 and had the second highest five-year increase in sales volume, with a increase of $126 billion in sales volume in five years. No. 3 was HomeServices of America<\/strong> with an increase of $73 billion between 2017 and 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rounding out the <\/strong>top five were Realogy Brokerage Group<\/strong> with an increase of $68 billion and Douglas Elliman Realty LLC<\/strong> with a $25 billion increase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
