Ryan Serhant\u2019s eponymous brokerage Serhant<\/strong>. is coming to the Hamptons, according to an announcement on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brokerage has signed a lease for a multi-structure compound in the Southampton hamlet of Water Mill along Montauk Highway, a main access road to the Hamptons. The new office, known as Serhant. House Hamptons<\/strong>, will open this summer. The complex will house a \u201clounge area and experiential space\u201d for clients, a co-working space for agents, as well as an outpost of the brokerage\u2019s in-house film and production team, Serhant Studios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re building a real estate brokerage for the future, and that includes the way we think about office space,\u201d Serhant<\/a> said in a statement. \u201cLike our headquarters in Manhattan, Serhant. House Hamptons will be designed to be somewhere agents want to be \u2014 it won\u2019t be a cube farm, but rather a gathering space designed to inspire networking, collaboration, and a strong company culture, empowering everyone who visits to achieve success.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a press statement, the brokerage said that this physical expansion will give a boost to its already existing operations<\/a> in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Hamptons is one of the most incredible luxury real estate markets in the world; I have always had an active presence here, across all price points, and I\u2019m excited to be bringing our firm to the Hamptons to better serve our local agents and clients,\u201d Serhant said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hamptons office will include Serhant.\u2019s \u201csignature division,\u201d an arm of the brokerage that focuses on luxury clients and properties prices at $10 million of higher. Services provided to clients of the \u201csignature division\u201d include marketing and property experts, as well as the brokerage\u2019s white glove service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the brokerage\u2019s second physical office location. Serhant. opened its Soho office in September and revealed a sneak peek<\/a> of the brokerage\u2019s centralized location and virtual world \u201cUNIVERS.<\/strong>\u201d in early March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serhant. will face competition from Douglas Elliman<\/strong>, Corcoran Group<\/strong>, Compas<\/strong>s, as well as many boutique firms, like Bespoke Real Estate<\/strong> and Hedgerow Exclusive Properties<\/strong>, as it attempts to scale and gain market share in the Hamptons.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
