This is Corcoran\u2019s second affiliate in the Peach State, after it opened the Savannah-based <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/corcoran-group-launches-new-affiliate-in-georgia%ef%bf%bc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Corcoran Austin Hill Realty<\/a><\/strong> last month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new <strong>Corcoran Classic Living<\/strong> will be owned by Sarah Ellis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs we continue to grow our strong presence in the southern United States, I couldn\u2019t be happier that less than two months after launching in Savannah, we\u2019re already expanding in the state of Georgia with Sarah and her team,\u201d Pamela Liebman, the president and CEO of the Corcoran Group, said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2005, the firm formerly known as CJ&amp;L Real Estate represented clients in Athens and the surrounding areas including Watkinsville, Bogart, and Jackson County. Ellis was named managing broker for the firm in 2006 after obtaining her broker\u2019s license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located 70 miles east of Atlanta and home to University of Georgia, Athens is a hub for foodies and music lovers alike. While its February 2022 median list price of $302,500 is slightly below the national median, according to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtor.com\/realestateandhomes-search\/Athens_GA\/overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Realtor.com<\/a><\/strong>, home prices in Athens are on the rise and it is a strong sellers market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAthens is a beautiful, vibrant, collegiate city with so much to offer both locals and those looking to relocate, including University of Georgia students and alumni alike looking to establish roots in the area,\u201d Liebman said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this month, Corcoran announced the launch of Corcoran Cayman Islands, which marked the <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/corcoran-group-launches-new-affiliate-in-the-cayman-islands\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brokerage\u2019s launch<\/a> in the British Territory. Since launching in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/corcoran-group-launches-new-affiliate-in-connecticut%EF%BF%BC\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">early 2020<\/a>, the&nbsp;<strong>Corcoran Affiliate Network<\/strong>&nbsp;has added dozens of affiliates across the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/inhabit.corcoran.com\/corcoran-launches-hm-properties-charlotte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">U.S.<\/a>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/inhabit.corcoran.com\/corcoran-entry-into-bahamas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Caribbean<\/a>.
