Continuing on the path toward full-service, integrated solutions for its agents, kwx<\/strong>, the holding company of Keller Williams<\/strong>, acquired CPros<\/strong> (Conveyance Pros), a full-service provider of concierge transaction management services<\/a> for real estate brokerages and agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rebranding under the Keller Williams umbrella as LevPros<\/strong>, the company touts itself as “a web-based, cloud-based easy button for high-level concierge services for agents and clients,” according to the company’s founder and executive director Jason Conner, in an interview with RealTrends<\/strong>. Conner and his executive team will join kwx, and Conner will continue to lead CPros\/LevPros and its corporate rebranding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to traditional transaction management, such as listing coordination and document management, Conner says, “Anything that isn’t a fiduciary task, we take that task away and give agents back 14 to 15 hours per transaction.” He estimates that his service can handle “90% of the tasks of the agent.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Conner, CPros “cut its teeth during the pandemic,” launching in 2019. “We adapted our direct-to-agent model and hired people who lost their jobs due to the pandemic [shutdowns],” he notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new company will integrate with Keller Mortgage<\/strong>, Keller Offers<\/strong> and other kwx services and continue to roll out to KW market centers this year. Services offered will vary from location to location based on state laws. CPros partners with local businesses for the services offered. “The system is adaptive, so if an office uses a specific set of home inspectors, we work with that team,” says Conner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The acquisition of the CPros extends KW\u2019s existing suite of concierge services. In the second half of 2020, KW launched a suite of brokerage- and agent-centric concierge KW Professional Services related to lead generation, marketing, and holistic technology and onboarding support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Philadelphia, Penn.-based CPros has more than 20 employees and expects to expand staff significantly over the next 24 months to rapidly scale to meet the demand for transaction management services across the KW ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKW has always prioritized the success of the individual real estate agent, which is a passion of mine, and a core philosophy to the business we have built,\u201d said Conner. \u201cThis acquisition was a no-brainer for me. We are so excited to be here and to bring innovative leverage solutions to KW agents everywhere.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, CPros supports eight KW market centers, representing more than 2,000 agents. CPros expects to support 60 or more market centers by the end of Q4 \u201922. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The holistic capabilities of CPros will be fully integrated into Command, KW\u2019s smart CRM-plus solution. Also, CPros suite of services will be available as part of the KW MarketPlace, an app store on the Keller Cloud platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
