Recognizing that, Leading Edge Real Estate<\/strong>, based in Boston, recently launched Zinnia<\/strong>. According to a press release, the platform is for teams and brokerages who want to propel their growth \u2013 Zinnia knows what holds you back and knows how to push you ahead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Touted as the “anti-franchise solution for a real estate team or company looking to become a full-service brokerage,” the white-label platform includes coaching and training, marketing solutions and career development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
