Arica Rucker, broker-owner of independent Rucker Real Estate Inc<\/strong>., has chosen to affiliate with Century 21 Real Estate LLC<\/strong>. Rucker, and her team of eight sales advisors, serve markets throughout North and South Carolina. The company will be the first African American, female-owned C21 company in Charlotte, and is part of C21’s Inclusive Ownership Program, according to a press release by C21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A real estate brokerage owner since 2010, Rucker and her team are active in both the industry and within her community. Rucker is also an Accredited Buyer\u2019s Representative, a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Specialist, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Workforce Housing Specialist and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
