I personally believe that the independent mortgage broker maybe got a little bit harsher rap than they should have. There are some unscrupulous people, there&#8217;s no doubt about it. But as you and I know being in this business for a little while, there&#8217;s unscrupulous people on both sides of the fence all the time. Now, that&#8217;s dissipating. I think people are seeing that <a href=\"https:\/\/preprod.realtrends.com\/blog\/why-many-real-estate-agents-recommend-working-with-independent-mortgage-brokers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">independent mortgage brokers<\/a> are a viable option. So the challenges, I think, are still fighting that a little bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think that if there&#8217;s one thing that folks listening to this are going to take away, is that you must give yourself options. Rightly so, a mortgage is a scary thing, right? But give yourself options. Have two or three people compete for your business.
