But, Facebook converts those clicks at .5% or less. These two metrics don\u2019t offset each other. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.39celsius.com\/facebook-ads-for-real-estate-agents-3-tips\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook still a good lead source<\/a>, you just need to work a lot harder as it produces lower quality leads.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mistake No. 2: Putting all your eggs in one basket.<\/strong> Some firms or teams go all in on Facebook, SEM, <a href=\"property-portals-worldwide\/\">listing portal leads<\/a> and more. The problem is that those leads are mostly buyer leads.
