The company also announced it now has a patent pending on this method.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">iBuyer Connect is a feature of the redesigned Cloud CMA. During the process of creating a Cloud CMA, if the subject property meets the <a href=\"ibuyer-model-why-cant-your-brokerage-offer-this-same-service\/\">requirements<\/a> of an iBuyer, a message appears asking the agent if they would like to request a cash offer. If the agent agrees they may be able to present the home seller a CMA <i>and<\/i> a cash offer at the listing presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cWe began running a test back in August with iBuyer Connect in Southern California with a limited number of zip codes,\u201d stated Greg Robertson, co-founder of W+R Studios. \u201cWe are extremely happy to announce that in this short time Cloud CMA agents have already completed three transactions with another three offers accepted and in the process of closing,\u201d continued Mr. Robertson. \u201cThis small test was just the beginning, we have learned so much, and our agents are loving it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cThe experience was just awesome.
